I would like to ask how to cut a section in a three-dimensional modal analysis to see the deformation of the section in three planes.

 

[FEA way]

You can use Options —> View Cut (or a corresponding toolbar button) to access the section cut feature. Check the "Allow for multiple cuts" box if you want to cut in all 3 planes at once.
