Does Abaqus have any capability to perform dynamic motion analysis similar to ADAMS?

Abaqus is not designed for such analyses (Dassault Systemes Simulia offers separate software for that - Simpack) but you can perform some not too complex rigid body dynamics simulations using rigid body constraints and connector elements. There are several examples in the documentation, check this part of it: Example Problems --> Mechanism and Electromagnetic Analyses --> Mechanism analyses.

Abaqus is an FEA code whereas Adams is a rigid body dynamics code; very different tools. That said, you can do some rigid body dynamics with Abaqus but this Lexus wasn't built for off-road driving.
