ABAQUS for Ultrasonic Wave propagation

Hi

I am new to ABAQUS. I am trying to explore the wave propagation of a ultrasonic wave in aluminum plate and would like to look at a 3D simulation of the same. Does anyone have any experience in doing such simulations. I would apprecite any feedback or suggestion as to where I should start off from.
