If you do search in google you will be able to find different abaqus TOTURIAL...
give it a try n you will find sth

You must have documentation installed with your copy of ABAQUS. Search the ABAQUS Examples, Benchmarks, and Verification manual for examples. If you do not have the documentation installed, search for an online version of the documentation.
