HI there,

Here we have a new project going on at the mid of january.
The problem is that the contractor needs all calcs to be done usin AAshto spec.
We found that there is a major change in AAshto spec. in the November.
So we purchased the new version. But unfortunateky they have problems with printing that version.
So my question is:
Is there a web site where it can be downloaded?

Thanks in advice

Zmei

The only place I've ever been able to get AASHTO publications is through AASHTO, and though you can order an AASHTO publication on-line (visa, m/c, etc) the publication is mailed the next day (or so). The web page below may help.

You can also contact an AASHTO technical rep to answer questions regarding content of the specs (go to the web site to get the phone number and other information).

Good Luck.

P.S. I have rec'd several AASHTO pubs that were not copied well (i.e. borders are skewed, portions of the text off the page, binder holes too close to edge, etc.)

This may be late, but generally speaking most agencies will accept a design according to the AASHTO specification in force at the time that you start a project, most do not expect you to switch 2 months before a project is due. AASHTO revisions are often not available in print until many months after they are approved for publication.

Thanks AndyZ,
I recievd the last edition 30days ago.

They sent it 2.5 months after purchasing :-)!!!

Thanks again
