I'm examining the potential for using ASTM
A333 Grade 6 for a -50 °F system.
Its obvious to me that this will be a more expensive system than our typical A106 piping (for warmer temps), but I don't have a good feel for how much.
Does anyone have a feel for relative installed costs of A106 vs A333 vs T316LSS pipng systems in the 4" - 6" size range?
Also what types of gyrations will I have to go through for a A333 specification? New weld procedures? Certifications? ??
Any Information is appreciated.
thanks
