A212 Vessel Brittle Fracture Failures

I am interested to see if anyone on here has record of a A212 vessel failing due to brittle fracture?

Sounds like an interesting project; I would include A201 in your search as it is the "twin" (as in A515, A516). You can probably narrow your search by only looking at equipment built before 1970.
