Simulators don't typically work like that. You would need a full simulation of the processor... some processor sims do exist, but you'd have an impossible time finding those peripherals simulated in the same environment. If you're lucky, you might be able to put together a definition of those peripherals within the same sim, but the time it takes you to do that would be better spent actually just building the circuit and programming the processor.
