A question regarding how to input Chinese code in Staad

I used to work in Marine engineering in which the code Norsok, so called NS3472 is frequently used (shown below)

I am recently supposed to use Chinese code for Staad. Could anyone pls tell me how to input Chinese code in Staad. Thanks

GB 50017-2003 ? You have to get the Chinese version for that. The help indicates:
Design per the Chinese steel code GB 50017-2003 must be performed per the localized STAAD SSDD interface. Please download and install this application from Bentley SELECT.
