Skyscraper is a tall building with offices and residential apartments.

Why are we not building skyscrapers that resemble 7 wonders of the ancient world ?

If built it will be okay to have offices and residential apartments in it, is it not ?

Hard to make a skyscraper out of Colossus of Rhodes and Statue of Zeus at Olympia.

I don't believe new structures resembling Lighthouse of Alexandria, Hanging Gardens of Babylon or Temple of Artemis exist.

Your question is "Why not?", mine is "Why would you want to?".

They look beautiful, can bring in more tourist too !

There is one, Luxor Las Vegas (USA) hotel, opened in 1993. Not quite as large as the Great Pyramid, but close. Also has a Sphinx to go with it:

The primary reason you build more than one floor is because you need more "useable floor space" than you can afford "ground square foot" area. Once the first floor is paid for, you have paid for a roof, and the slab, and the support "stuff", so the second, third, and fourth are not "too expensive" to add on.

Over 4-5 floors, you have to re-design everything, but once the redesign is done, continuing from 5-6 to 10 isn't "too bad" of an extra expense compared to the extra area. Over 10-12 floors? Your ground space expense needs to be very high for the extra money to be justified.

A pyramid is built that way because slaves were cheap, rock was available, and height was needed to impress ???. They tried to build pyramids with steeper sides, but those collapsed. You can do a lot when lives are cheap.

You can do even more with skilled and semi-skilled 'free' citizens, organised into efficient working gangs (no doubt with a sense of inter-gang competition), and motivated to work on a scheme of national importance.

We did, but in places where land is at a premium, notably where we build skyscrapers, few are going to build something that doesn't take full advantage of the purchased land. As buildings that go up, or are already, around it, the visual impact is drastically reduced. As shown below, the Transamerica tower is lucky in that the land between it and the bay is landfill and possibly unable to support large buildings. Note the compromise that was required to get elevators up to the upper stories. Once the Transamerica tower was built, no architect is going propose a "me too" design.

Here is what Frank Gehry thinks of your idea:

That was the response of the Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry when a journalist in Spain asked him what his thoughts were about criticism his architecture was pure show, as reported in in El Mundo. He continued by saying, “There’s no sense of design nor respect for humanity or anything. They’re bad buildings and that’s it.”

Instead of the 7 wonders, you can have buildings that look like these:
