I have to weld 6gr wpqr test. Acc. to fig 4.27 AWS D1.1.
Outer diameter is the same, but the wall thickness is minimum 5 mm les on the 37.5 degree side.

What wall thickness value i have to count with acc. to table 4.6.

Pipe is Job Size test pipe <24" pipe 1: T=<3/4 Pipe 2:>T>3/4
What is the range value for wall T acc. to WPQR?

The thinnest wall T or the Thickest wall T?

Thanks!

Huisman,
It is the thickness of the thinner part.
The single bevel onto a square plate is replicating the T,K.Y joint.Whatever ID you have on your bevelled pipe you will still only fill up weld metal equivalent to the thickness of the thinner member.

Kiwi

Kiwi, thx for Quick replay, if this is the answer, can you find this for me at the AWS D1.1 2010 the page, it will be great!
