6000 psi Socket Weld Flanges

So I am looking for Socket weld flanges and fitting that can handle 6000psi, are stainless steel and come in a diameter of about 3in for our new hydraulic plumbing setup. Every time I get close to finding what I think I want it end's up being wrong working pressure as most flanges stop at 2500psi. We normally only deal in 37deg flared tubing #20 and smaller so this is a whole new world to me and I cant find anyone who sells what I want in a catalog or on there web site. Would really like to find somewhere that sells these fittings so I can get dimensions, draw up our layout and order said fittings. Please forgive my ignorance as this is 100% new to me. Thanks

I assume by 3" diameter, you mean 3" NPS.

As 1gibson stated, 2500# stainless steel flanges between -20o F to 100o F are rated for up to 6000 psig according to ASME B16.5.

Do you have a copy on hand?
 
Per B16.5, the socket flange type isn't listed for Class 2500. A weld neck flange may be considered if the material and design accepted in your application.
 
No I do not have a copy of the ASME B16.5 which it seams like I'm going to need to procure. A few of the places I have found 2500# fittings that are stainless steel are below 6000psi but I could be wrong. This plumbing is going to be in a heavy traffic area for personal so want to error on side of caution when I can. Our hydraulic oil(skydrol) is not personal friendly if sprayed around at high pressure and flow.
 
You can also look at API spec 6A flanges. They have higher pressure ratings for much the same dimensions as ASME flanges. But they are weld neck.

 
If you go for B16.5 flanges, you might want to consider
- weld necks, instead of socket welds, as mentioned.
- group 2.8 flanges. These are duplex stainless steels (F44, F51, F53, F55). They go up to 6250 psi at ambient, which is a bit more on the safer side ("so want to error on side of caution when I can") compared to the 6000 psi rating.
- use a kammprofile gasket, graphite filler and 316 ring.
- use PTFE (Xylan) coated A193 B7 bolts or similar
 
I would want to avoid flanges and mechanical joints and probably socket weld also at that pressure and proximity to people.

If you can go down to 2" or 2 1/2", many of the normal hydraulic fitting suppliers should be able to cope with this.
