I'm looking for material properties for both 4140 steel and HY 80. I am highly interested in impact testing and ductility of both materials at low and high temps. Also I'm looking for the normoralizing properties of 4140 and its effects on impact and ductility. If someone has any information on this or a website that I can find this information on please help.

Thanks

You are asking for a lot of data that is going to be hard to find in one location.
Try the following sites to get you started.
These sites will give you the applicable codes and standards which in turn should give the values you need.
Your larger producers usually have good data sets.
We never used 4140 in the normalized condition. It was always quenched and tempered depending on the end use.
There are references for the complied data but they are very expensive and not widely disseminated.
