could you pls let me know how to select accuracy class value and burden for a particular application of CT of 400/5?

i have 2 CTs of 400/5. one is accuracy class of 0.5 and another one with accuracy class 1.

and i can choose of the burdens from 1.5, 2.5 and 5VA for any CT.

how can i select accuracy class and burden for a 400/5 CT?

Metering? Protection? Electro-Mechanical relays? Digital relays? Moving disk meters? Electronic meters? Burden? Resistance of wiring?
It depends.

CTs will be used for ELR, EFR, OCR under measuring and CTs will be used for measuring.

can you provide any selection criteria?

You'll have to do some basic design - secondary cable sizes, fault levels, relay burdens, secondary current, etc all interact. Start with what you can't control much, like fault level and relay burden, then see whether you can evaluate what the CT requirements are to drive the loop. Or if the CT is pre-determined then you might need to select the cable to suit.
