3D Vehicle Surface Models

Does anyone know where i can find 3 dimensional CAD models
of Chevy, Dodge, Ford trucks. i only need the exterior surfaces.

Join SEMA, at the manufacturer level. Thru their "Tech Transfer" program, you might be able to get the data. You'll need to fill out some paperwork, explain what you want the data for, etc., and see if the OEM will give it to you via SEMA.
