3D scrolling enabled

Hello everyone again,

I have another newbie question. I'm using Solid Edge ST2 and can not seem to get my centre mouse button to allow scrolling/panning when I click on it. I know it's something simple again, but I can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Button or Wheel?
Scroll a wheel it will zoom in a model but scroll vertically in a draft.
Press the wheel and it will allow you to rotate in a model.

For scrolling, panning and zooming use a combination of CTRL, SHIFT and right mouse button.
Just experiment to get the combinations.
