3D meshing of helical gear tooth

Hello,

I am trying to mesh few teeth which are in contact in mating helical gear pair. Is there any effective method which generates fine mesh without any errors and warnings? I tried seeding the edges of the teeth but it's not helpful as i want fine meshing on the few teeth which are in contact. It would be very helpful if anyone suggest me any method or give some useful tips for meshing.
