304L SS Design Temperature

I have a vessel that has to be designed for a cold temperature
lower than the -320F limit (-350F). The vesel is small, 36" diameter,
vacuum design pressure. Is there guidance in the ASME Code
to qualify this material when it gets that cold?

Yes, refer to ASME VIII Div 1 and ASME II part D
