where can i get sigma-eps graph for those two (302, 304) stainless steels, not annealed or hardened in any other way?
is there anything in those MIL handbooks? which one?

MIL-HDBK-5 and its replacement DOT/FAA/AR-MMPDS have stress strain curves for Type 301 stainless steel in the cold-rolled condition (1/4 hard, 1/2 hard, and full-hard). Type 302 is essentially the same composition as 301, but 302 is for wire applications while 301 is for sheet. I'm sure a Google search would find something on this topic.
