3-Phase Welding Sockets

For many years we have used 3- phase welding sockets incorporating Emguard earth monitoring units & 30mA RCD units.
We are thinking about ditching the Emguard units & just having sockets with built in RCD units.

Any thoughts on this, anybody else use welding sockets incorporating earth monitoring units?

I would like to know where you are getting your units for continuous monitoring of the equipment grounding conductor. I have an application for the engine block heaters that keep diesel engine warms when they are not in use.
