26" BW piping components ?

Our dear process people have calculated that they need a 26" line. Isn't 26" a bit like 5" ? It's covered in the ASME standards, but it's one of those sizes you would prefer not to use (normally spring from 24" to 30"). Anybody know if you can get 26" BW components in normal delivery times ?

I would suggest a revaluation of their requirements as 25" pipe is in the same category as hen's teeth.

The last 25" pipe I ran across was Spiral Wound carbon steel which had everyone scratching their heads and figuring out all the miters needed.

What are the material and physical specifications needed for your pipe?

Excuse my error in the piping dia it was 26" OD instead of 25" ID that I used. In other words, 26" Dia. with .5" wall.

The pipe is 26" OD with approx. 10mm WT (still being checked). Material is 9Cr 1Mo which takes long enough to get in itself, let alone when we're talking 'strange' sizes.
