-20F MDMT Exemption for "std" LWN nozzles

It seems Compress does not apply the impact test exemption shown in UCS 66 (c) (4) for standard FVC LWN nozzles. Code section states exemption to -20F MDMT for LWN as long as neck inside diameter not less than the nominal flange size and the neck outside diameter does not exceed the B16.5 flange hub diameter dimension. I've calc'd 8" 600# RFLWN nozzles and the best I can get is -10F MDMT. Am I doing something wrong or missing some "switch" in Compress to turn this exemption on?
