2 speed gear reducer/transmission

Hi, I have been looking for and cant find a 2 speed transmission (1:1 & 1.44ish:1) that can handle 0-6K RPM, ~220 lb/ft (250 HP), fwd & rev operation. Ratio changes will NOT be under load, only stopped. Max O.A.L. < 25".

This is ultimately running a centrifugal compressor.
