1997 UBC Isolated Seismic Load Pattern

I am using the Sap2000 v12 software to analyze structures with seismic base isolation. When I select the 1997 UBC Isolated Seismic Load Pattern, and run the program, I receive the following message:
Unable to complete operation 'Run Analysis'!
Error 6
Overflow
I appreciate your assistance in this matter

That error has nothing to do with Base Isolation. It happens when something is wrong with your model and sap2000 can not manage memory. It may happen with even a smaller model. Usually some joint is not well restrained.

Remove your isolator, put simple supports and run the model. If the error is lifted, then carefully model your isolators. Run empty(no loads), then assign the seismic load pattern and run. This way you debug.

You have to debug your model and add items in steps.
