in reading a document, "ANSI B31 Case 61 Approved (June 1968)" is information referenced and I would like to obtain a copy of the actual case. Any direction or otherwise as to obtaining a copy or how to get a copy is appreciated. fwiw, i've searched asme and found this site:

but, these cases start in 1983.
