Urgent? I don't think so if you are looking for a new one; probably 50 weeks I'm guessing??

Am I reading something wrong here?? That is a huge pump; 1500 m3/hr for sure?? Describe the service a little bit. Why do you need a screw pump? what is the required pressure? Temperature, solids, etc...

The only way you can get one quicker is to buy used somewhere. You are talking in the $200-600K range for a new one depending on scope.

The big boys are Bornemann (now owned by Goulds), Allweiler, Flowserve, IMO, Leistritz.

This is a fuel oil

Q: 1500 m3/hr is the prerequisite. I am not sure if that flow rate can only be achieved

Viscosity: 750 cst
Sg:0.97-099

Api 676, need carbon steel and explosive area.

T: 55 degree c
Total Head: 12.5 bar

I have floated some
Enquiry to this big boys except flowserve and leistritz.

Dubmac, where u re from ? Usa

Warren, Houttuin, Colfax/IMO, give them a call. You likely won't find anything on the shelf, you're probably looking at 20 to 50 wks, depending on what your requirements are.

From USA. My experience comes from USA on these pumps and this is a very specialized pump; not the least of which will be the seal arrangement. If you cannot find 1500 M3/HR pump, you can always split the flow into two pumps in parallel if you have the room. Even if you find a used pump, there are not many shops around that have the machines and expertise to reqork the screws and casing back to required toloerances. Hope you have 50 weeks and a lot of money......Best of luck to you.

No problem with 1500m3/hr for screw pump..Can go up to >4000 m3/hr.Very common for Tank farm pumps.Delivery for Bareshaft pump less that 24 weeks for Leistritz..
PM me lufc_ykl@yahoo.com giving you full details.
