Suggest you follow eureka,s good advice and visit because that will show you the added spec details you need for SAE 1018.
But that site won't give you the yield shear stress that
you have asked for. The Metals Handbook (9th edition) pp 160/161 gives the distribution of mechanical properties for most of the different SAE 1018 specs.
