    That is an o-ring loaded u-cup. parker makes thee or you can go through a distributor such as McMaster. Also a company in Houston called FAST Houston Seals or CDI makes them aswell.

    I need to know more operating conditions. Media and temperature. I would suggest a spring energized seal or a simple rubber O-Ring. Like I said it depends on temperature range and media.

    PTFE filled peek would be ideal for this application. "Soft: peek material used alot in ball valves exc, it is ~40-50%ptfe filled which greatly reduced the friction, I have some information I could possibly send you for this calculation. If you are interested send me a PM.
