Where can I purchase these seals

I have been to three suppliers of seals in my area and not one of them can get these seals. Can someone tell me where they can be purchased? possibly a link to the manufacturer?

Never seen one of those before but what I would do is go to a local workshop that machines PTFE or a PTFE polymer and have it made by someone. If it needs lapping go to a local seal supplier.

Is there an Oring in the face? what is with the colors?

A bit more description (and another photo angle) might help. Nevertheless, it looks like an O-ring loaded cup seal to me.

Can you tell me what pump did you use this seal?and the medium they process?

That is an o-ring loaded u-cup. parker makes thee or you can go through a distributor such as McMaster. Also a company in Houston called FAST Houston Seals or CDI makes them aswell.
