You can use RLL to move a 1 into each register for each boolean bit or use bit of word(ie boolean bit1 to word.bit). There is not a direct way to write multiple boolean into DI registers.
Hope this helps.
1 line of logic will work for you
use a NEQ instruction
Value1 not equal to value2, set a bit, branch around bit with a MOV instruction: move value1 to value2.
Don't forget to config the PV+ serial port from the unit itself.
I have only used ethernet with the PV+, serial with PV300 and PV+400 with micrologix.
Let us know if they "Play Nice"
I will assume you have checked the "usage" button for the data files. Assuming there are no available N registers, I recommend you read in the discrete data as a word and then parse your data bits in Wonderware.
configure the tag as: Slot1 = I:0.1 etc.
You may have the "Poll Data" time set too long,i.e. 1 second instead of 100ms, where as your discrete I/O may already be off.
You can move your discrete data to an integer register to minimize communications. Wonderware reads blocks of data (1024 words)wether data is there or not. So, if you are...
The Battery Low (BTL)indicator is on. Replace it, before it is too late. There is also a reset button under the wire arm tab. If the battery is bad and you shut off power you probably lost the program. Good luck
asi is pretty good once you get used to it. i used 2 asi's as remote i/o on a siemens TI processor. you have to configure each asi as a node using com profibus. then at each asi you configure the node # and press a few keys and it will scan to see what is connected. Learn the key sequence on...
prosoft makes this "black box" converter (it's actually white)for AB. check out their web site. if you do not find what your looking for, reply back and i will look up the info/part# that i used.
good luck
rubha
try control technology, they are located in tennesse i believe. they make alot of cards for the TI line. they used to be the analog supplier for siemens.

remote i/o uses a logical rack addressing scheme(rack,slot.word/bit) and DH+ allows you to access via tag name, direct word/bit address.
hope this helps.
AB has a "black box" that translates ti to ab. it is around $500 U.S. You would have to config both for 422. i have used this box with ti545 to a pv1000 but it was with rs232.
