surface prepartion of SA2.5
1-Inorganic zinc silicate primer 50 micron
2-Tie Coat polyamid epoxy 50 micron
3- Top Coat 50 micron ( Depend on the required Weather/External environment)
The Two coats 2 & 3 can be replaced with a surface tolerant...

I agree with you about the ISO-14692, but please check this standard and you will find that most GRE pipes produced in USA are not in accordance with the ISO requirments. Check the recommended GRE pipe produced in USA and europe about the recommended hydrotest pressure.
Normally if the pipes are supplied from Europe a 1.5 times the working pressure will be required to test the line. In the North american Market a 1.25 times is accepted.
If the pipeline is divided with valves, test between valves after installing test flanges to the the end flanges of the section.
