    Any sort of particulate such as SS fibers or carbon additives will not give a clear material I have worked with Permastat products form RTP company. They are all polymeric. They have several grades and degrees of clarity available in sheet or pellet form. Good Luck

    Yes RTP Company has several grades for this purpose. Typically they are a barium sulphate filled. Other additives are used depending on the opacity desired.

    It tends to be difficult in terms of flow. You may want to consider a "Flow Modified" easy molding grade I have used RTP Company VLF product before, I dont remember the grade number but you can call them for information.
