Dear sirs, We would like to use stock tubes SA334 Gr.6 in a HE with design low temperature -46°C but in the certificate there isn't the value of impact test. Is it mandatory to write in the certificate the values of impact test? Shall we use these tubes without any problem? Another question...

Sorry but I my ASME Review (2006) UCL stop at 60. And why UCL ? UCL refers to integral cladding, overlay cladding and linings... and this is not my case.
