Ahh. I have never used a BOM table. I will have to check it out. I was able to get a workaround similar to different diameters.
If you change the end condition of the holes (ie blind, thru all, etc.) they will come with different tags. I was able to get the hole grouping split by changing...
Here's the issue. I have a part that has multiple length pem hardware based on a 6-32 stud. As a result, the actual hole punched out in the part is the same diameter regardless of the length.
On my dimensioned drawings I like to use hole table to show what pem hardware is what. If I select...
I've seen that thread before. It seems to be mixed though in the facts.
One point: It will be supported in an upcoming service pack....Supported? It already works, so what more can they do.
Second point: They will release a plus version that will run native 64-bit.
Which is it?
The problem is that the version listed for 32-bit windows is different versions for the 64-bit ones listed on the ati site. I will try uninstalling the nvidia ones first, as I did not do that before.
I have recently upgraded my workstation, and thus are able to use a PCIe graphics card. I have two to choose from. I first started off with a Nvidia Quadro NVS 280, and it actually performed decent. This only qualm with that card is its lack of realview support. So I decided to try an ATI...
I am having some trouble using the feature driven component pattern. I have used it in the past with no problems, but now it is really screwing up. I have a sheet metal part with about 20 holes, all the same size, and made with the hole wizard. I insert 1 pem nut into the part. I then use...
I think I have figured out part of the problem. It seems that if you add more than one connection point (I have a 15-pin molex) on one connector, then the autostart will not work. I am trying to make accurate cable assemblies and have all the correct pins going to the correct place not one...
I am having a problem correctly creating electrical connectors. All the ones that came with SW automatically start a rount once you drag it into your assembly, subsequently making the connector part of the cable assembly (which is what I want). However, the new parts that I have created with all...
Thanks for the reply Scott. I understand that the PCIe is faster than the AGP version, but my question was whether I would see a big difference ($200) in the FX330 versus my PCI FX5200 with the firmware upgrade to look like the FX500. So the real question is PCI(128MB card) vs PCIe(64MB card)...
I have a FX5200 that I hacked the firmware to look like a QuadroFX 500. We are buying new CAD machines that are PCIexpress. They are wanting to get me a FX 330, but was wondering if it was even worth getting over keeping my current card. I told them to save the money for a better card down...
I am having some trouble with smart fasteners (SW 2004.sp2.1). I have to sets of holes on either side of a cover. I select the face of one side and select insert SF's. Everything is good. It puts one screw for each hole and assumes the screw goes all the way through to the other side. I...
45.28 was the driver used. Realview does work if I am working with only one part. If I am in an assembly, that same part does not render using realview unless I open the part, assign the material, save it, and then replace the same part in the assembly with the newly saved one.
