Has anyone heard when SolidWorks 2006 will get service pack 1?

We're in the middle of week 9 since sp0 was released on August 1. So anyday now I imagine, unless it get's held up for some reason.

SolidWorks 2006 SP0.0 on WinXP SP2

SP1 of SW2005 got held up for quite a while, as I recall.

SP1.0 early visibility is now available so it may be soon.

Anywhere from 1-2 weeks before and pending approval.

Another words, there are no major bugs in SP1 when released in EV.

Will SP1 have the recompiled code to run 64-bit?

I've seen that thread before. It seems to be mixed though in the facts.

One point: It will be supported in an upcoming service pack....Supported? It already works, so what more can they do.

Second point: They will release a plus version that will run native 64-bit.

Which is it?

I was told during the 06 rollout, it will be supported in a possible 06+ release at end of year.
