Surge Arrester and Disconnect Switch placement

Good day guys, I’m quite curious is this placement of Surge Arrester and Disconnect Switch correct? I’m used to seeing that surge arresters are wired first then the disconnect switch. Any advice? Thanks.

I only see Surge arresters and Voltage transformers in the pic!!
Generally speaking, Surge arresters are located near to the equipment meant to be protected.
