Using Extended Coverage Sprinkler in Pre-action System

I'm curious , Can extended coverage sprinkler K11.2EC or K14.0EC install in pre-action system ?

As long as listed for use, yes. I have used plenty of EC sprinklers in preaction systems.

Final product storage in the same building??? If so how high to the top of the storage?

Final product will stored on rack protect by ESFR K25.2 in other area , for raw materials in production process not exceed 1.8 meter in high and no more 64 sq.m (approximately four pallets) per 2.3.2 in FM, I can treat it as incidental storage to use Table 2.3.1.10 for protect this area.

You need to dig into your standards, requirements and datasheets. Most EC are not listed for EH (HC-3) use. There are some K25.2 sprinklers that cover >100 sq ft. You need to do the leg work to find out what is required for your project.
