Dimensioning in UG 18

I am working on a project that needs to have a dimension only inside of a feature control frame one is for a diameter so it needs both arrowheads, and another i need on some angles. Could someone tell me how this is done in UG besides using annotation, becase you cant place leaders that way (ex. on angles and still have the lines). Thanks.
 
I hope I'm understanding you correctly...if you just want the dimension inside a box, make it a basic dimension, from the pulldown where you choose dimension type.
