V8 Dimension Terminators

(OP)
Say, does anyone know where V8 draws it's terminator cells from? Here's the situation:

Some time in the not too recent past, Illinois DOT switched their cell libraries from using lots of parallel lines to created a solid shape to actual filled shapes. The arrow line terminator is one very good example of this. The old cells and the new cells have the same cell name.

Now, the problem. My dimension and Multi-line note tools occasionally are still picking up the old style terminator. It's consistent on a particular sheet, but I have some sheets where the new cell is used, and some where the old cell is used.

I've gone through my cell libraries and attmepted to expunge every instance of this cell name with the old style cell, but it's still showing up. Since you don't expressly define the cell library for dimension termintor cells to come from, I was wondering how MS knows where to look. (Configuration variable?)

BTW, I also had this problem with V7.

Thanks,
