The analysis of circular disc, is the project .On that i have included both Speed AS angular velocity in rad/s.this is carreid out through Ansys. On varying the speed , the stress values are not changing. i assigned everything such as density in kg/m3.Eventhough the answer is not Converging.
Anyone could help on this issue.

My ANSYS knowledge is very rusty, but I'll give it a shot.

You state that change in rotational velocity does not induce change in stresses. As you don't state what assumptions you are using in your analysis, it begs the question whether you are using an analysis assumption which takes into account the inertial loads due to centrifugal motion. If, for example, one assumes inertial effects to be insignificant (quasi-static), then rotational speed is irrelevant. This is the most obvious possibility.

Please explain your assumptions in more detail, and another possible explanation may come from that.

Thanks a lot for your Interest towards me.
My Assumption is I want ot include the inertial effects , to know the stress pattern at varying speeds,
But the Problem is As mentioned in above,
Can you give me tips.

Again, it's been a long time since I've used ANSYS, so I no longer recall the specific terminology they employ.
What solution assumption are you utilizing within ANSYS? (for example, STATIC, DYNAMIC, STEADY STATE DYNAMIC, etc??). My first guess is that you may not have the appropriate assumption in your model.
You must employ a solution approach which introduces inertial effects.

Brad
