How to use section designer in Sap to define a two-cell box section?

Hi all,
I am trying to model a two cell box girder with Sap. I know that I can calculate the section properties with another software, such as Section Builder, and then define a general section with the section properties that I have already got. But I just wonder if I can use 'Add SD section' to define the section directly in Sap. Can I and how? (I drew two boxes and tried to merge them. But they can't be merged and are still two seperate areas. I check the section properties export files and they obviously gave me wrong numbers about the properties of the section I defined.
