There's no way of going now out of the codes annd you need them, are propietary information, so have them at hand, sites won't be having such thing. On the other hand I have posted Mathcad 2000 worksheets in its Collaboratory site (of free download) that will solve for you most of the ordinary problems in RC and steel structural design.
