compound units
compound units
(OP)
Hello!
I'm a beginner with Mathcad and I have a simple (perhaps) question:
I define a force (F:=10N) and an area (A:=10mm^2) and then calculate the stress (s:=F/A).
The result is expressed in Pa: can I visualize it in N/mm^2?
Thanks to all..

Just yesterday I found this solution too, but it isn't a direct one.
Better than nothing..
RE: compound units
I can check when I get home later.

I just opened my MCAD2001i and it had newtons as N and mm listed within the units table. You should be able to just insert after the answer N/mm^2 and it will be in the correct unit values.
