For a petroleum cut, I have the complete composition
in terms of pure components' volume fractions, and
I have to estimate an ASTM D86 (or TBP) curve for
this stream.

I think I can find all the equilibrium properties
for the components, and I would like to set up a quick
spreadsheet-type calculation to do the job.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I suggest all you have to do is arrange the components in ascending order of their boiling points, and prepare a table of boiling point versus cumulative vol%. This should correspond to TBP curve of the fraction.
As for converting TBP to ASTM, correlations are available in many sources, eg, API databook, or simsci's user manual, etc.
