RE: ASME Code IX PQR/WPS forms

Answer to r4lph ASME and D1.1 forms

I have found that the best form over the past 20 plus years are the Lincoln Arc Works format.  It follows both the ASME and AWS D1.1 code book requirements in a very orderly fashion.  There is also a section for providing much needed notes for specility welding.  I have not found any way to convert this to a word format.  I can send you a pdf example.

I never heard of that forms, but I appericiate if you can send me a pdf example.

Thank you
