1: I read that AMD GPUs are slower at blender rendering. Is the difference only in the rendering speed? Is there any difference in general performance while navigating the viewport, editing the models, etc?

I won't be rendering anything in blender at all. I'll use blender just to make some low poly assets which will then be imported into unity and rendered in-game.

2: I also read that AMD GPUs have driver and compatibility issues which make blender crash, etc. Is this true? https://www.homedepotcomsurvey.co/
