hi I'm from Turkey.

The steel structure culture isn't growed in Turkey so we need help from foreign countrys.
So I need a program which contain steel beam connection calculation and foundation plate calculation

Hi ksavaser,

If I'm not mistaken, you are in earthquake country, and as such you would be overlooking details that would modify connection capacities when subjected to earthquake .  I would recommend you read up in this area as there have been recent performance based findings for steel connections in buildings.  A program is not the solution at this stage, as it may not cover this aspect of analysis and design.  This area is best left to someone knowledgeable in building design in earthquake prone areas.
