HI
We have a bystronic bystar 3015, 2005 4.4kw.
the screen has a fault on the laserview. it states: The temperature difference of the output coupler has exceeded critical values, potential damage to output coupler.
this has happened before when the lens cracks etc, so engineers have replaced it. we have fitted a new one but! when you change from Hand to CNC the fault returns, so you need to return to Hand, then laser off and reset the error. but on to CNCN fault back again.
How do you clear the fault, or is there something else wrong

RE: HI We have a bystronic bystar 3015

Removing the tube between the output window and shutter usually resets it. They want to see that someone took the tube out to look at the optic. Call or txt me 706-627-7854 for help. Did you look at the actual temperature of the optics while cutting?
