We have a bystronic bystar 3015, 2005 4.4kw.
the screen has a fault on the laserview. it states: The temperature difference of the output coupler has exceeded critical values, potential damage to output coupler.
this has happened before when the lens cracks etc, so engineers have replaced it. we have fitted a new one but! when you change from Hand to CNC the fault returns, so you need to return to Hand, then laser off and reset the error. but on to CNCN fault back again.
How do you clear the fault, or is there something else wrong
regards

We have a fault issue on our bystronic bystar 3025 4.4kw.
an alarm has come up EXHAUST AIR FILTER NOT ENABLED.
THE CHILLER SHOULD BE AROUND 19.1°C, BUT RISES and is not coming down. it trips out at 25°c.
any ideas how to clear the fault.
many thanks
