Hey everyone! Seeking your insights for finishing up the grading on a lot (screenshots below). Any tips on creating swales along the property lines, and setting up the berm/level spreader & swale at the back, and the front of the lot culvert and berm? We've got about 1-1.5 feet of topsoil to play with.
