Is SAP2000 doing this repeatedly?

Did you try saving the .sdb file as a different name and then running it again?

Are you running the program on a cloud? Sometimes I think SAP2000 does more weird things when running on one of those.

Yes, it's doing it repeatedly. I also tried analyzing it in another computer, it still shows that same message.

Did you try saving the model with a different name and/or running it on your local HD outside of a cloud service?
